Mr. Skillman has been practicing in Oregon his entire career.

Ms. Fogarty was previously admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (1979), Missouri (1982), and Kansas (1988), and was engaged in civil litigation/trial practice in the Kansas City metropolitan area for over 15 years before returning to Oregon in 1996.
