Danna C. Fogarty is a principal of the firm. She graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1979 and practiced law in Pennsylvania, Missouri and Kansas, for fifteen years before returning to her home state of Oregon in 1996. Her practice has encompasssed insurance defense litigation, including auto and premises liability, medical malpractice and professional liability, as well as commercial and environmental litigation and insurance coverage issues. She served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Commercial and Environmental section of the Trial Division of the Oregon Department of Justice. Brief Biography
